A new concept in IT support
We are Business IT Professionals with decades of experience looking after SME’s / Schools / Charities throughout the North West. Our Head Office is based in Chorley so we are perfectly located to provide our unrivalled support to companies in Blackburn, Burnley, Preston, Blackpool, Southport and our Manchester Office covers everywhere around the M60 including Liverpool.
We started trading from a desire to be different from other IT companies, with our customers being the main focus of what we do.
Now trading for more than a decade, we’ve built a reputation that we are extremely proud of and work hard to maintain.
Our customers know that we are there when they need us and our proactive approach to maintaining their network means that downtime for staff is kept at a minimum.
It may be slightly old-fashioned but it’s this thorough, ethical and accessible manner in the way we look after things, that not just attracts new business but retains the customers we have already.
The majority of our staff are on the technical side, which means that our core values of “Customer Service” and “Finding the right solution for our clients” comes from a desire to help, not profit.
What we do
Our IT Support Package is the only one we have and is a genuine 100% unlimited service, which helps keeps things simple for our customers and staff. All our customers are on the same contract and have access to all the same benefits:
- When the phone rings here, it is picked up by an engineer who can start the process to getting the issue fixed immediately. Some customers choose to email issues, which is an alternative option to calling us, and therefore our engineers constantly monitor the support mailbox.
- All support, either done remotely or on-site is covered under the one monthly payment.
- We only have a minimum of 12 months for our contracts as we don’t believe in tying our customers into anything longer.
- We perform all system upgrades and assist our customers with industry specific software upgrades to ensure this runs smoothly.
- We manually check Backups and monitor all Anti-Virus to make sure our customers are secure.
- We perform yearly site surveys to not only provide our customers with an up-to-date asset register but to maintain our records of the equipment. With this list we can also recommend improvements.
- All improvements/upgrades are discussed with our customers to ensure they understand the benefits and are happy with the outcome.
- We also assist our customers with office/site moves to ensure they have the right infrastructure in place and reduce potential downtime.
- We communicate with any 3rd party suppliers on our customers behalf to deal with issues and discuss potential improvements. This is hugely beneficial to our clients as sometimes they can be given information that may be incorrect or contain jargon, and in doing so, we have saved our customers money by simply being involved with changes and/or improvements.
