1, NO FIX NO FEE can only be provided in certain circumstance and does not cover hardware failures.

2, Engineer arrival times can be guaranteed under normal circumstances, traffic and other delays not included.

3, Loan PC's will be supplied when available and remain the property of Convene IT at all times, Some programes etc may not be available
